What's the inside scoop on Petbay delivery and returns?
As a result of the pandemic, we have seen congestion of our courier network. We are doing our best to make sure your furry friend gets their order as soon as possible, but there may be delays that are out of our control.
Where does Petbay deliver?
We can send your goodies to most metro and major regional areas in Australia. Just pop your address in at check out and we’ll take care of the rest!
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver for free to all metro areas when you spend over $100. If your order is under $100, the cost for delivery depends on the weight of your product and where you’re located. These costs are calculated at checkout.
Petbay’s return policy
We know sometimes things don’t go to plan, and that’s why we want to make sure returning a product is a walk in the park.
You can return a product within 30 days of purchase. So we can point you in the right direction, speak to one of our team members before you return the product (we can’t process returns unless we’ve given you a return number and address). Please also make sure the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
At Petbay, we take pride in making sure our products are of premium quality. If a product is damaged, faulty or not fit for its intended purpose, we’ll give you a full refund. So we can do better in the future, please send us photos of the damaged item with your name and invoice number, and this way we can make sure it doesn’t happen again!
Due to health policies, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges of food and treats that have been opened.
